Who I am
I am a Spanish lawyer (abogado) registered with the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Murcia. I help international clients with buying and selling property, wills and inheritance, and non-resident tax, always under Spanish law and in Spanish procedure.
How I approach the work
I understand how overwhelming the Spanish legal system can feel from the outside. My approach is simple: clear advice, fees agreed in writing before I begin, and being genuinely available when you need me, before, during and after your transaction. I explain every step in plain English, so that you know what is needed, why, and what it involves.
Who I work with
I work with clients from the United Kingdom, Ireland, Scandinavia and elsewhere in Europe who buy, sell or inherit property in Spain. Many of them live abroad, so most of my work is done remotely, by phone, video call and email, with a power of attorney or remote signing where the law allows. Independent and bilingual
- I act for you. I have no relationship with developers, agents or sellers.
- I work in English and in Spanish.
- I coordinate local professionals, such as a surveyor, only when a property requires it.
